The Stretcher Leveler produces the ultimate in flatness and can also be used to reclaim secondary material. Butech Bliss Stretcher Levelers are used to elongate metal sufficiently to exceed its yield point in all the fibers-top to bottom and edge-to-edge, producing a highly stable product that can be further processed with no residual spring back in the leveled material. By reducing internal trapped stresses in the material, the stretcher-leveled material can be used in downstream operations without the material reacting to the release of trapped stresses during the cutting process and damaging laser heads.

The Butech Bliss Advantage

The complete integration and testing of the equipment prior to shipment ensures the delivery of a high-quality, fully-functional product, enabling quick startups, shorter outages and faster ramp-up into full production.

The Electrical and Automation Group has a wide range of in-depth experience in the metals processing industry. This experience includes power distribution, AC/DC drives, motion control, modeling, data acquisition and visualization for both new equipment, upgrades and retrofits of existing lines.
